Diana Coutinho

Resume

Diana Coutinho has a degree in Law from the University of Minho; she is a master in Company and Contracts Law, in the scope of which, the thesis entitled ¿The Informed Consent in Medical Civil Liability¿; she is a PhD in Legal Sciences, in the area of Private Legal Sciences, from the University of Minho, in the scope of which, the thesis entitled ¿Contemporary problems and challenges related to surrogacy¿ was defended. Currently working as Invited Professor, equivalent to Assistant Professor, at the School of Law of the University of Minho and Assistant Professor at FDCP - Faculty of Law and Political Science of Lusófona University. She is integrated researcher on CEAD- Center of Advanced Studies in Law Francisco Suárez and collaborative researcher on the Research Centre for Justice and Governance at the University of Minho.
