The curricular unit of Wellness Care aims to understand the association between the practice of relaxation techniques, massage and physical activity as activities associated with the maintenance of a good condition of well-being. Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
Theoretical classes: lectures with voluntary attendance following the defined program and in accordance with the objectives of the discipline. Practical classes: tutorial classes, guided by a teacher, aimed at deepening some of the topics taught in the lectures through a practical approach to the problems under study. Final use: Continuous Assessment The final mark (NF) results from the weighted average of the following components: two theoretical frequencies (component A), contributing 50% (each frequency has the weight of 25%). Attendance at practical classes 5% (component B), performance and preparation of practical work (25%) (component C), and theoretical-practical assessments 20% (component D).
