    Learning outcomes (LO) - At the end of this unit, the students will be able to: LO1 - Understand the concept of management LO2 - Comprehend the evolution of the main theories of management LO3 - Understand the concept of organization and its interaction with the external environment LO4 - Understand the basic functions of management, planning, organization, direction and control as well as some of the main techniques involved.
