Overall, this course aims to provide the student with a culture of territorial planning that integrates three aspects: the ability to intervene in concrete situations, knowledge of ideas on regional and urban planning and their trends of evolution, critical and interventionist posture to society and territory. Thus, the curriculum unit allows future civil engineers to analyze and understand the territory in its physical, environmental, social, economic, and political dimensions.
