Knowledge about the method of planning and controlling works is disseminated, using the "winprojet" from the beginning of the construction and throughout the process until its conclusion. Knowledge of execution techniques is also provided, particularly in the structural phase, with definition and dimensioning of formwork and shoring. The study, design and implementation of the yard is a particularly relevant subject also taught in this curricular unit. This curricular unit is particularly important because it is matter that has a direct and immediate relationship with the execution of the works.

Description of contents. Procedures and Planning Procurement procedures for the award of works. R.J.E.O.P. Planning of works. Sequence and articulation of activities, definition of their duration and dimensioning of teams, with resource leveling Sizing and deployment of estaleiro Preparation and study of details for the execution of all type of works, namely on the structure, formwork and shoring, general networks and finishes. Reorientation and control of duration of activities and costs. Study, design, organization and implementation of the Shipyard, including the preparation of the Plan - applicable regulations.

This curricular unit aims at the transmission of knowledge, on how to organize and manage the construction of works, from the legislation that regulates the tender phase for selection of the contractor (Legal Regime of the Contracts) until its conclusion and reception by the developer.
