1. Matrices Definition; Matrix algebra; linear independence; rank of a matrix; application to systems of linear equations; matrix inversion. 2. Determinants Definition; Theorem of Laplace; Adjunct matrix and inverse; Cramer's rule. 3. Exponential and logarithm functions Inverse functions; exponential function; logarithm function; Applications to Economics. 4. Limits and continuity Definition; calculating limits; continuity 5. Derivatives Definition and derivation rules; diferentials; derivative of the implicit function; relative extrema; Hôpital's rule; applications to Economics.
