To provide elements for the understanding and analysis of the most recent theories and applications in a fundamental area of ¿¿Economics, that is, the monetary area. Relate to macro and micro economic aspects. Emphasize the importance of policies and of social and political consequences and settings.

This UC will be taught with a great emphasis on the daily life of students. They will have to find news related to the various UC topics for us to comment on in class.
