    1. Present in depth elements on the agents and conditions of intrenational relations. The study of the conceptions about international society and its characteristics. The principles of international relations. 2. To hel urdenstand, interpret and predict the behavior of international relations agents, especially states, as the main actors in international relations. 3. prepare to property perform functions in governance bodies, multinationals and governmental or non-governmental organizations,particulary within the framework of the European Union and the CPLP Member States.
