  • Objectives

    Objectives

    LO1 - Define the main concepts and scope of corporate finance. LO2 - Evaluate bonds and common stocks. LO3 - Prepare the elements and apply suitable techniques for investment decisions. LO4 - Understand the concepts of risk, return, and cost of capital; Explain the portfolio theory and the Capital Asset Pricing Model; Select and apply suitable techniques for risk analysis. LO5 - Explain the main theories of capital structure; Compute the WACC (Weighted-Average Cost of Capital). LO6 - Prepare the elements and apply suitable techniques for valuing businesses and companies.
