Clara Margaça has a doctorate in Psychology from the University of Salamanca, where she is currently a researcher. She conducts interdisciplinary research on entrepreneurship, sustainability and its relationship with psychological variables. Her research interests include positive psychological capital, emotional intelligence, spiritual mindsets, psychological resilience, and education for sustainable development. She is the author of several articles in high-impact journals. She was awarded the Extraordinary Doctorate Prize 2022 – University of Salamanca.
