Resume

Gina Marques de Carvalho Santos é Professora Auxiliar na Universidade Lusófona – Centro Universitário do Porto e investigadora integrada no Intrepid Lab, polo do CETRAD da UTAD. Doutorada em Gestão pela Universidade da Beira Interior, detém também o grau de Mestre em Gestão e a licenciatura em Português/Inglês (Ensino) pela Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. A sua atividade científica incide sobre empreendedorismo, inovação, estratégia, desenvolvimento regional e gestão de recursos humanos, com particular ênfase no empreendedorismo feminino, na sustentabilidade organizacional e na capacitação de territórios de baixa densidade. É autora de mais de 30 artigos publicados em revistas indexadas (Scopus eWeb of Science), participou com sete capítulos em livros especializados e apresentou comunicações em mais de 20 conferências internacionais. Como revisora, colabora regularmente com o Journal of Business Research, Sustainability, Creativity and Innovation Management e Entrepreneurship and Regional Development. Participou em diverss projetos nacionais e europeus (COMPETE, SAMA, Erasmus+), dedicados à inovação pedagógica, à transição digital, à responsabilidade social universitária e ao empreendedorismo territorial. Na vertente pedagógica, leciona disciplinas de inovação, empreendedorismo, estratégia empresarial e gestão, orientando dissertações de mestrado nas mesmas áreas. Integra comissões científicas e júris de provas públicas, tanto como orientadora como enquanto arguente e comissões científicas, contribuindo para a consolidação da qualidade pedagógica e científica das instituições em que colabora. Integra também o projeto de ensino de Português A1 para estudantes Erasmus, promovendo a inclusão linguística e cultural no contexto académico internacional. Em 2023, foi distinguida com o Top Researcher Award – Lusófona On Business e anteriormente com o Best Paper Award nas Jornadas Luso-Espanholas de Gestão. Atua nas áreas das Ciências Sociais, com ênfase em Economia e Gestão, particularmente no cruzamento entre investigação aplicada, práticas pedagógicas e desenvolvimento organizacional. A sua abordagem combina rigor científico com impacto social, contribuindo para a valorização do conhecimento em contextos académicos, profissionais e territoriais.
