Objectives
Objectives
The CU aims for students to: - Distinguish the types of products aimed at human health in which natural products can be applied - Understand the principles of pharmaco-/toxico- kinetics and dynamics - Know and execute methodologies for evaluating biological activities, including types of tests, evaluation techniques for the most common activities, omics technologies and safety assessment assays - Know the most common biological activities of natural products and the mechanisms involved - Understand the possible adverse effects of natural products and the underlying mechanisms, as well as their interactions with medicines. - Develop laboratory technical skills

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
- Using the Moodle platform, we will make tools for distance learning (videos, didactic games) available to students, to enrich the classroom teaching of the CU. - Gamification strategies will be used in classes, through the Kahoot and Wordwall programs.
