Objectives
Objectives
Students will learn the materials and outstanding practices in managing an IT organization. Students should be able to understand the responsibilities, challenges, practices and skills of an IT organization from the point of view of teams, middle management and the Director of Informatics. This knowledge allows students an overall understanding of the IT organization where they work or may work in the future, or the IT organization of their business customers, improving their ability to enter and progress in the labor market.
