Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
The teaching methods include lectures (T) and practical classes (TP). The underlying theoretical knowledge is reinforced in practical classes (the application of theory in practical examples of teaching-learning situations). Activities to develop the TP classes include the use of simulated practice, micro-teaching situations, and analysis of data obtained from the observation of teaching in a real context. Distance learning is used with the aid of the Moodle platform for supporting materials and practical exercises are available for students. Assessment of students in theoretical and theoretical-practical contexts focuses on several parameters: knowledge, understanding and application, critical analysis, effective communication, and performance skills.
