1. General information on photography, the role of the photographer, photographic practices and theoretical reflection on photography 3. Basic rules of photographic composition. 3. Photographic Image in communication. 3.1 Photojournalism, product photography, advertising photography and the scientific photography. 4. The relationship of photography with the performing arts. 6. Documents and transfiguration of the real. 7. The Photograph in the first half of the twentieth century 8. Presence of contemporary art. 9. The photographic art practices, the visual test, the relation of conceptual art to photography. 10. Verbal photo, the relationship of photography with text in conceptual art, artistic design and its context in the sense of image. 11. Objectives
Objectives
It is intended that the student holds critical analysis capabilities to any type of photographic image, acquire sufficient knowledge to place an image in a given socio-temporal context, demonstrate the basic knowledge to carry out a research project on a topic addressed in classes or about an author to its choice and finally the basic theoretical skills in order to make the project / portfolio in the discipline of the next semester: Photographic Practice.
