Objectives
Thus, taking into account the contents taught in the course of Introduction to Law, it is intended that students acquire in the course of Business Law, expertise in the field of company law: the notion of business and society, the formation process societies, types of companies and their legal regime. Shall be taken into account even the domain of activity in the commercial life of societies and their main instruments, which will determine the analysis of some pertaining to contract law aspects.
