    1 - To portray the historical origin of the HR function and to frame it in the organizational scope. 1.1 - Define HRM and highlight its main objectives / challenges. 1.2 - Describe the various activities / functions / responsibilities that may be related to the HR function. 2 - Understand and describe the main stages of a HR function evaluation plan. 3 - Plan to justify the main phases of performance evaluation. 4 - Distinguish between selection and recruitment and identify the main stages of both processes. 5 - Understand the concept of career. 5.1 - Plan and describe the main steps of a career management plan. 6 - Distinguish between the various elements of a rewards system. 6.1 - Plan a rewards system.
