Objectives
Understanding Technical Drawing as a "professional language" associated with the conception, execution and interpretation of design drawings. Applying rules of graphic representation used in Engineering - the Technical Drawing. Developing the ability to identify and define geometric shapes in three dimensions and their representation in the plane. To train students from the basic use of CAD technologies (computer aided design).

Teaching methodologies and assessment
The methodologies to support the teaching-learning process are centred on the students as well as on the development of their autonomy, whether in terms of acquisition or application of knowledge. Students are often encouraged to complete a set of practical exercises. The use of software is fundamental in this Curricular Unit.
