This CU intends that the students develop a project (in the area of Human Resource Management) in a real work context or an internship report, in order to apply the theory learned throughout the course and systematize the knowledge acquired. It is an essential CU to complete this study cycle consistently.

Objectives
Objectives
Throughout this CU students will integrate knowledge acquired in the various units of the undergraduate curriculum. Thus, based on methodological aspects of the preparation and presentation of academic work, students should develop an individual work. This study, accompanied by the project coordinator, will have to submit, necessarily, a solid theoretical foundation and a consistent empirical analysis, and must be based on a comprehensive survey of the topics addressed.
