Objectives
Throughout this course the student should understand the strategic context of human resource management in which organizations operate, acquire skills for critical analysis and understanding of organizational variables and, understand their influence on the attitudes and behavior of people. Specific Goals: Students who successfully complete this course will be able to: ¿ Recognize the main characteristics of the context of HR. ¿ Recognize and distinguish the differences between a business strategy and a HR strategy. ¿ Identify and criticize the main theoretical perspectives of HRM. ¿ Develop action plans aimed at strategic imperatives. ¿ Identify new ways to HRM.
