Any organization must offer all the necessary security for its employees, so that they can perform their functions without any kind of damage to their health. Promoting active care is a necessity. With this in mind, the concept of hygiene factors was created to ensure health and safety at work, which aims to provide a safer environment for workers in various aspects. Occupational safety is a term basically related to accident prevention. Hygiene at work will be related not only to the personal hygiene of employees, such as: washing hands well, keeping the workplace clean, etc. but also with occupational diseases, ie prevention of environmental risks that can lead to occupational diseases.
