It is intended with this CU that students acquire skills on not only the history of sports exploring nature, but also its applicability and evolution over time. The knowledge about the different regulations, the different approaches to teaching the modalities, the mastery of basic techniques will become an asset in the training of students, which will allow them to exemplify and expose their knowledge to colleagues, correct and guide, plan, execute and manage a practice session of the sport.

Objectives
Objectives
The CU - Nature Sports, Recreation and Leisure aims to provide students with knowledge and practice on sports with unique sports / competition characteristics where physical dexterity and contact with nature are a predominant factor. In this sense, it is intended that students: 1) Know the different modalities and their evolution in the sports context 2) Try / apply the fundamentals of initiation to practice the modalities 3) Conduct the management of a sports practice session.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Different teaching methodologies (TM) will be used: Demonstration, experimentation and practical exercise (TM1) Pedagogical practices in a simulated situation of planning, organization and intervention within the scope of teaching/learning (TM2) Resolution of practical cases (TM3), Small-scale activities group (TM4), Feedback information provided by the teacher about the work carried out (TM5).
