Description of contents Visual grammar Understand the elements and principles of visual language. Know how to articulate the elements and principles of visual language for a visual representation with high descriptive value. Know how to use the tools for creating and editing images in order to produce compositions of high artistic value. Character Design Conceptualize a Character from a descriptive reference. Know how to analyze the main visual and abstract traits and characteristics of a character and reproduce them according to a process of visual characterization. Produce an illustrated image of high artistic value using digital illustration tools. Digital Environments Design Learn to analyze the nature of different characteristics of the environment such as light, volume and textures in order to reproduce visual elements that can translate them. Conceptualize a particular environment or landscape from a descriptive reference.

Objectives
Develop a set of technical, aesthetic and conceptual skills that will allow you to execute projects of digital illustration in the areas of creative and technical composition using 2D graphic creation and editing software. Develop skills for analysis, observation and representation through 2D graphics illustration and editing tools. Elements of environments and visual narrative concept production. Creation and editing of images of high artistic value for digital publishing.
