Bianca Sousa is PhD Candidate in University of Portucalense. She is a member of the research unit REMIT – Research on Economics, Management and Information Technologies, Porto. She has almost 10 years of experience working in the areas of marketing, communication and employer branding. At the moment she works in a global tech company as an employer branding coordinator. Her main topics of research are employer branding, brand equity, employee based brand equity and internal marketing.
