  • Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

Articulation of theoretical and practical teaching methodologies with encouragement to active and autonomous learning. The oral presentation with the support of audiovisual materials (ME1) aims to provide theoretical knowledge that allows the adoption of an active and evidence-based posture. Interactive dialogue (ME2) will be used together, fostering critical thinking; the discussion of clinical cases (ME3), through direct contact with requests, objectives and definition of the neuropsychological assessment protocol; and small-group classroom activities such as role-play of neuropsychological test administration, using existing resources in the university's library (ME4) and peer and teacher feedback on the quotation and interpretation of neuropsychological tests and writing of the neuropsychological assessment report (ME5). These teaching methodologies will allow students to get in touch with the reality of a neuropsychologist in the context of neuropsychological assessment.
