Objectives
LG1- Know in depth current and critical issues of Human Resources for organizations and management. LG2- Identify the challenges that these HRM topics pose to professional practice and identify possible actions for organizational intervention. Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
In this CU, pedagogical methodologies are applied, such as problem solving, critical analysis of theory applied to reality and individual and group debates on current affairs, based on the theory presented. Companies are also invited, which present real problems to the students.
