Objectives
Understand a career management and development system: Students will learn to identify the main elements that compose a career management system, from planning to execution, considering both individual and organizational perspectives. Understand and analyze the framework of career progression Know, understand, and reflect on careers, the way they evolve, and new guidelines Analyze careers in an international context Build a career management project: Students will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired in the design of a realistic and sustainable career management project, which considers individual goals and organizational dynamics.

Active method: a) case studies and group discussions, enabling the training of skills in critical analysis andproblematization of concrete situations and the consequent search and design of solutions; b) self-study - literaturereview on the subject studied to help in the completion of the final project; c) realization, presentation, and defense ofan individual final project.Expository and interrogative methods, for the presentation of basic theoretical frameworks and acquisition of skills toidentify key issues in this subject area. Assessment: Carrying out a career management project (individual work, with a weighting of 100%, with 70% directedto the written component and 30% to the oral presentation).
