    The curricular unit (CU) aims to complement students' training in the area of ¿¿Physical Education in childhood, taking into account the curricular guidelines for pre-school education and the essential learning of the subject for the 1st cycle of basic education, as well as the ability to design and execute an intervention project taking into account the subject of Racket Sports.

    PC1) Motor Literacy and Physical Education; PC2) Curriculum, Curricular Guidelines for Preschool Education, Essential Learning and the Physical Education Program in the 1st CEB; PC3) Theories, methods, resources and techniques for teaching/learning Physical Education in the context of the early years: design, planning, intervention (instruction, management, regulation and control of activity, organizational models, classroom climate) and formative assessment; PC4) Observation models and techniques for formative assessment in Physical Education. PC5) Project applied to the subject of Racket Games.

    Objectives

    AO1 - Master the contextualized application of the Curricular Guidelines for Pre-School Education, of the Essential Learning of the 1st CEB in the area of ¿¿Physical Education. OA2 - Experiment and reflect on a set of specific educational concepts and techniques of Physical Education, taking into account the diversity of the educational contexts for which they are intended (EPE and 1st CEB); OA3 - Master a set of pedagogical tools and reference frameworks of Physical Education, which allows for a responsible, creative and quality pedagogical intervention, in EPE and 1st CEB contexts. OA4 - Develop a critical and active attitude towards specific educational situations and problems in Physical Education as a factor of socialization to a Motor Culture. OA5 - Design and execute an intervention project taking into account the subject of Racket Sports.
  • Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Different teaching methodologies (ME) will be used: Exhibition and analysis of reference documentation (ME1), Observation, discussion and analysis of videos and/or practical activities in a real context (ME2), Resolution of practical cases, in a simulated situation of planning, organization and intervention within the scope of teaching and learning (ME3), Field activities in small groups (ME4), Project work (ME5), Feedback information on the work developed (ME6).
