Nuno Vinagre is Human Resources Director at INSCALE and has over 20 years' experience in People Management. He is passionate about creating and implementing strategies capable of increasing people's commitment and results in organizations. As a result of his vast experience in multinational companies, Nuno has implemented and coordinated various processes in talent management, namely: Recruitment, Human Resources Systems and Leadership Development, which have led him to optimize the human resources processes of the companies he has worked for.
