Luís Cordeiro is passionate about seeing the potential of human diversity, to the detriment of its problems. Facilitating what people do best, focusing on strengths and managing weaknesses. After 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, half of which spent leading the company, since 2009 he has shared this knowledge and experience in a corporate environment, being a catalyst for personal and professional transformation and growth.
