On March 11, Lusófona University - University Centre Lisbon plans to hold an online seminar to highlight the fundamental role that communication, leadership and motivation play within organizations when it comes to achieving good employee performance. With a case study applied to the Portuguese Armed Forces, the aim was to see whether or not the communication used by leaders can influence the performance of their employees.
