Lusófona University - Lisbon University Centre is pleased to announce the sixth edition of the Permanent Seminar on Islamic Studies, which begins on 27 March 2025. This series of events, organised by Lusófona University, aims to promote the study and reflection on Islam and the cultures of Islamic civilisation in an online format, with monthly events running until December 2025.

Under the coordination of Fabrizio Boscaglia, this seminar has established itself as an international space for study and debate, bringing together specialists from various parts of the world, including Portugal, to discuss topics such as literature, art, philosophy, science, and the diverse traditions within Islam. Among the guest speakers, notable figures include Alberto Sismondini, Santiago Macias, Amina González Costa, and many others, whose contributions will enrich the sessions.
