The Senior School is a project aimed at promoting learning, leisure activities, and health and well-being through a varied offering of courses and practices in the areas of History, Culture, Society, Development, and Well-being.
The modules encompass cross-cutting issues that have shaped today's society and foreshadow the challenges of the near future.

Target Audience:
- People over 50 years old
Workload:
- 60 hours/Module - Total Course/Area 240 hours
Schedule:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays - from 14:30 to 18:30 (2 modules per day)
Note: Each Area/Module opens with a minimum number of 10 students for the History, Culture, and Society course, and 12 students for the Active Lifestyle, Development, and Well-being course.

You may choose 4 of the following modules:
- History of Art;
- History of Portugal: Contributions and Questions of the Most Significant Events in World Transformation;
- Religion in the Contemporary World: The Impact of Beliefs on the Transformation of Societies;
- The Great Contemporary Social Issues and the Transformation of Traditional Institutions;
- Portuguese and World Literature;
- Digital Knowledge and Artificial Intelligence: Risks and Opportunities;
- Cinema;
- History of the European Union: Community Building and Global Challenges;
- Media and Politics.
2. Active Lifestyle, Development, and Well-being
4 Modules:
- Physical Activity in Health Prevention;
- Stress and Well-being Management;
- Nutrition, Pillar of Active Life;
- Circuits, Identity, and Memory.
