Conference The Revolution in Portuguese Criminology after April 25th
Unveiling the impact of 25 April on criminological knowledge and sciences.

End

This event is taking place as part of the "University and Democracy - 50th anniversary of 25 April Commemorations" Cycle.
The revolution of 25 April enabled the emergence of scientific areas that had long been worked on in most European countries and in America. Criminology is one of the sciences that benefited from the 25 April revolution, which allowed it to be reborn from the semi-clandestinity to which it had been condemned. As the country commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Carnation Revolution, ULusófona joins in these celebrations through the various training programmes it offers, as does the young degree in Criminology.
