The Aeronautical Management Technologies Curricular Unit focuses on raising awareness and providing the student with knowledge on emerging Aeronautical Management technologies, taking into account aeronautical information management, the importance of information sources, quality and integrity aeronautical data, and the relevance of the topic in the labor market. It is intended, therefore, to provide the student with the necessary skills and competences to, having the appropriate equipment, references, documentation and instruments, enable him to identify and use the knowledge, expertise and procedures required by the tasks inherent to the operational aspect.

Objectives
Objectives
Based on dedicated learning, the student will increase his knowledge in various aspects regarding the technologies applied in Aeronautical Management, following the trend of modernization and reform, in progress, in Air Traffic Management (ATM), namely at the level of transition from Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) to Aeronautical Information Management (AIM).

Individual investigation by the student of a theme (proposed/chosen by the student). Preparation of an explanatory document on the subject studied, to be distributed among the other students in the class, and presented in the classroom context.
