Class Communication and Information Law

The main objectives of the Right to Information and Communication include: Guaranteeing access to public and private information in a transparent and ethical manner. Protecting freedom of expression and the press, promoting diversity of opinions. Regulating the responsible use of communication media, including digital media. Ensuring the right to privacy and the protection of personal data.
