    Objectives

    At the end of the course, students should be able to: - Know the classic theories as well as the new theories that make up Communication Organisational; - Recognise the complexity of communication in organisations: Understand how communication influences and is influenced by the company's external environment; - Identify the basic factors of organisational communication and understand the essential elements that make up communication processes within organisations. - Distinguish the role of communication in organisational success and understand how communication contributes to achieving organisational objectives. - Learn to diagnose and propose solutions to communication problems in specific organisational contexts - Acquire the skills to plan and implement communication strategies that promote a positive and productive working environment.
