    The aim of this CU is for the student to understand, know and be able to apply the main advanced techniques in the field of aesthetics and body remodelling used in body and face aesthetic treatments. The student should understand the bases, potential and limitations, both in the interaction of the equipment with the biological tissue and of the device itself. They should understand and know how to apply advanced techniques to support doctors in the field of aesthetics and body remodelling. Understand the importance of the various treatments before and after medical intervention. Understand and learn the importance of working in synergy with the various parties involved in providing intervention care.

    Principles of action, applications, advantages and limitations of the various equipment used: Ultrasound, Radiofrequency, Hydroelectrophoresis, Microdermabrasion, Endermologie, Cavitation Magnetic pulses. Practical application using equipment

    Objectives

    Understand, know and apply the main advanced techniques in the field of aesthetics and body remodeling used in aesthetic treatments for body and face. The student must understand the basis, potential and limitations, both in the interaction of the equipment with the biological tissue, and the equipment itself. Must understand and know how to apply advanced techniques to support the doctor in the field of aesthetics and body reshaping. Understand the importance of the various treatments in pre and post medical intervention. Understand and learn the importance of in synergy with the various stakeholders in the provision of intervention care.
  • Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Theoretical masterclasses with voluntary attendance in line with the objectives of the course. Tutored practical classes, aimed at deepening the topics taught in the masterclasses through a practical approach to the techniques under study. In order to motivate the student to learn, practical classes will be held in a real-life context with the application of the various techniques. A close relationship with the teacher is promoted in order to facilitate learning and the discussion of problems.
