    1. Psychopathology: Definition and Corollaries 2. Semiological analysis 3. Diagnosis: General aspects of psychopathological nosography: DSM V and ICD 10 4. Particular aspects of criminal psychopathology: cause / comorbidity / effect. 5. Most common mental disorders in youth populations  - Attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, behavioral disorders, opposition-defiant disorder, substance use disorder. 6. Most common mental disorders in the adult population in a forensic context       Substance use disorders       Schizophrenias and other psychotic disorders       Mood disorders       Parafilias       Impulse control disorders       Personality disorders in a forensic context 7. Psychopathy and antisocial personality disorder 8. The issue of predictability and psychopathological danger and responsibility in the criminal context.  9. Mental health in the criminal context: Implications 10. Case study

    Objectives

    Criminal Psychopathology is an area of crucial importance in the judicial territories, based on the knowledge of forensic Psychology and Psychiatry. The objective of the curricular unit Forensic Psychopathology is to deepen concepts and methods that enable the understanding of psychopathological phenomena related to crime, as well as the impact of the manifestation of nosographic conditions that are evident in various situations related to forensic practice.
