The Personnel Administrative Management curricular unit develops and prepares students to acquire organizational and operational techniques and practical knowledge of people management, which allow them to manage, organize and or reorganize a department, department or area of Human Resources. It allows the acquisition of knowledge, abilities and skills to know how to organize and carry out all the work necessary to achieve the organization's objectives, from people to people. It allows the development of an integrated vision, and capacity in the relationship with the different interlocutors in the various matters of direct and indirect relationship of the Human Resources management function. It allows the ability to critically analyze situations, decision-making methods and the preparation of documents, instruments and policies, whether for the area's own use or to fulfill obligations and support top management and/or other organizational functions.

Objectives
Objectives
Provide students with organizational techniques, practical knowledge and strategic knowledge of Human Resources management that allow managing, organizing and reorganizing a department / area of Human Resources. Develop analysis capacity, decision-making capacity, implementation capacity, human operational control capacity and critical understanding of HR practices. The UC will allow students to develop an integrated vision; capacity in the relationship with the different interlocutors; ability in the various matters of the direct and indirect relationship of the Human Resources management function; ability to critically analyze situations; Ability to analyze methods; ability to prepare documents, instruments and policies.

Active method and service based learning method: a) Case studies and group discussions; b) Bibliographic research and self-study; c) Analysis and discussion of scientific articles related to the practices under study; d) Carrying out and defending practical work in an organizational context. Expository and interrogative method, for the presentation and reflection on the basic theoretical frameworks. e) Development of a people management project with the introduction of the themes covered in the UC, transferring theory to practice. Presentation, analysis and discussion.
