The Curricular Unit's field of action is the methodology of law or methodonomology, so we will deal with the problems related to the judiciary-decision making of Law. In the last year of the law degree course, a critical-reflexive thematization around what the Students have become accustomed to doing, in a way that is natural, within the scope of the different legal-dogmatic disciplines, that is, , To mobilize the right to solve specific problems that qualify as legally relevant.

LAW METHODOLOGY A. Basic grammar - some of its coordinates; B. Explicit analytics - the unknowns, the type of reasoning and the steps of the methodonomological equation a) "Judicial mediation" - the "knot of the spirit" to be removed; b) The noetic dimension - the thought to be assumed (assumption / projection); c) The nomatic dimension - the exercise to be performed; d) The dialectic of reciprocal tuning in which the plans detailed under a), b) and c) are involved; C. The constitutional relevance of the decision-making judgment - the problem of the respective grounds.
