This curricular unit focuses on disputes arising from administrative legal relationships. The general learning objective of this curricular unit is the critical apprehension, by the students, of the mastery of the legal framework of contentious means in administrative proceedings, as well as the respective assumptions and procedure, from both a theoretical and practical perspective.

Objectives
In addition to the general objective mentioned before, the following are added: Objective 1: the curricular unit will serve as an opportunity to revisit core subjects of general administrative law related to administrative litigation issues; Objective 2: given the practical nature of the subject taught, the classes will include the resolution of practical exercises and the analysis of selected case law; Objective 3: preparation for professional life.

Depending on the class topic, simulations and debates can be organized during the class, as well as questionnaires in interactive models (e.g. Kahoot).
