    Objectives

Create a performative event based on a text. Understand the importance of the text for the creative process. Experiment with different interpretative approaches in relation to a text, thus developing literary analysis skills of the dramatic text, from a perspective directed towards the logic of constructing a theatrical show. Evaluate the process inherent to the act of joint and individual creation and the role of each person in the artistic team. Develop and put into practice the knowledge acquired in the different curricular units, as well as acquiring new techniques and skills specific to theater work. Fix the solutions found during the scenic experimentation process. Integrate and articulate validated findings towards the final result. Be able to manage a public presentation in all its aspects. Develop habits of reflection on the individual and collective weaknesses and capabilities.
  • Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

Laboratory practice classes and tutorial guidance should allow the detection, analysis and correction of the student's weaknesses from a technical and performative point of view, as well as self-awareness of their capabilities and ways of enhancing them. Based on this methodology, students must experiment with different forms of interpretation, taking into account their individual character and the collective. The assessment taken into account during this learning process will be distributed as follows: 55% continuous evaluation of the Process (such as timely completion of proposed/developed activities; ability to work in groups; ability to add different proposals during the act of creation/rehearsal; among others); 35% technical and artistic evaluation of the performance (such as ability to memorize text, markings and stage directions; movement; expression of emotions; voice and voice projection; among others); 10% punctuality and attendance.
