The aim is to give students an overview of the cultural system in Portugal, with a special focus on the performing arts sector. It is also intended that students are able to understand the economic aspects of the arts, particularly with regard to financing issues. It is also intended that in this last aspect they will be able to prepare applications to official and private entities and be able to prepare project budgets.
