Athletics is a fundamental sport in the process of development of general sports. Athletics is differentiated as a multidisciplinary sport that develops basic motor skills such as running, throwing and jumping and develops conditional skills such as speed, strength and endurance. The knowledge, skills and aptitudes acquired provide the basis for intervention of the Physical Education professional and Sports Coach.

Definition of conditional capacities to be assessed; Construction of a test battery; Definition of evaluation moments; Test battery realization 5.Youth Training Planning Characterization and evaluation of athletes; Definition of objectives and strategies; Annual training planning Definition of training contents; Planning a microcycle type.
