The technical direction or sport clubs and other institutions - associations and Federations-assumes a comprehensive knowledge of materials, whose compilation and framing are not easily discovered in technical literature, much less in the scientific field. Therefore it is desirable to overcome some of the difficulties referred to through a systematic and integrated approach to the fundamental materials for the performance of these types of functions.
