    1. Padel methodology and didactics: Padel methodology and didactics, handles, Padel lessons, teaching progressions and exercises. 2. Technical analysis: Correction techniques / common errors (hold position, right, left, serve, wall bounce, volley, smash and the layup) 3. Padel methodology and didactics: Basic elements of Padel, elements that define the coach's work, elements that characterize the beginner and intermediate player, elements, structure and specific training strategies of Padel. 4. Specific physiology: Padel specific effort, stages of maturation and Padel, training of physical capacities in Padel. 5. General Padel regulation: General Padel regulation, Padel field, the balls and rackets, rules and regulations of school sport.
