Understanding of the different subsystems in interaction essential to the interpretation of the game's organizational dynamics; 2. Analysis of the football teams behaviours in its several scales of organization; 3. Prescrinbing and evaluating the football training process.

Objectives
The option of Football, in the subject of Sports Modality - Option II, has the following intended learning outcomes: 1. Understand the influence of the club's history on its organization model; 2. Know the several agents interacting in a Football team; 3. Identify methods of organizing the offensive and defensive processes; 4. Be able to establish principles of decision-making behaviour based on the placement of players on the playing field; 5. Identify specific behaviours of the game of individual and collective nature. 6. Identify playing patterns of football teams using auxiliary tools that facilitate a systematized analysis; 7. Be able to communicate the analysis process resulting information in a precise and clear way to technical teams and players; 8. Use the Exercise and the Training Session as elements for the construction of training programmes able to increase the sports performance of players and teams.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
The classes to be taught will have a theoretical-practical and practical nature, and will aim to combine the practical experiences, in a classroom or field context, with the theoretical content, enhancing the students' analysis, creation and reflection capacity and endowing them with the skills to acquire at CU. In an innovative way, informatic applications for interaction with the audience can be used, which allow for greater student engagement and encourage debate, reflection and questioning of CU contents.
