Class Gymnastics (Option I Modality - Sports Coaching)

The curricular unit aims for the student to acquire knowledge related to the various gymnastics disciplines, either in the teaching-learning process or in conducting gymnastics classes, and to critically reflect on the various aspects of the modality.

The student has the possibility of carrying out an internship in a club context and within the scope of the various Gymnastics disciplines, coming into contact with different realities and levels of performance and competition. Performs critical discussion work on the various subjects and themes addressed on Gymnastics in TD.
