    The aim is for students attending this course to be able to: a) Understand and teach the sport, considering it complex and comprehensive, valuing all disciplines within the athletic universe in accordance with the Physical Education Programs and WA proposals. b) Use language and information and communication techniques appropriate to the different situations of their professional intervention. c) Know how to plan, manage, and evaluate each stage of the teaching process, with the National Physical Education Programs as a fundamental axis, as well as the achievement of the objectives of School Sports. d) Relate the contents of the sport to historical, technical, tactical, and organizational levels. e) Master assessment as a regulatory element and promoter of quality learning. f) Understand their field of action beyond purely sporting intervention, extending it to the field of social and cultural change through sport.

    Objectives

    This course aims to provide students with the knowledge they need to understand, plan, and implement activities related to athletics education. It also aims to equip students with a set of tools that will enable them to develop practical activities in athletics, both in terms of teaching and training.
